photoDeirdre Dod, Talent Executive

Deirdre Dod has been booking and producing A-list celebrity talent for over 25 years. Her love and passion for music has led her to specialize in booking some of the top musical acts of our day, including Elton John, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and Madonna.

Deirdre began her career with an internship in the Talent Department at "Late Night with David Letterman." She spent the next nine years at the show bringing some of today’s most popular comedians to the national spotlight - Jon Stewart, Jerry Seinfeld, and Ray Romano. Aside from comedians, “Late Night” was her starting point in the music industry where she started booking musical acts as well.

In 1995, Deirdre helped launch "The Rosie O’Donnell Show." Just as she did at “Late Night," she always stayed ahead of the curve musically. As Senior Music Producer, she was the first to book and produce such acts as Destiny’s Child, Britney Spears, and NSYNC, helping to cement “Rosie" as a television benchmark and earning five Emmy Awards along the way.

As “Rosie" ended and her love of music remained, she headed over to “Good Morning America" and booked the musical acts for their “Summer Concert Series.” Having made her mark in television, Deirdre then switched gears to the burgeoning music industry and led the creative media teams for L.A Reid at Arista Records and then for L.A. Reid and Jay-Z at Island Def Jam. She eventually returned to television to tour with Bon Jovi and executive produce their 20-episode television series, "Bon Jovi “Have A Nice Day' Tour Diary."

After booking guests for “The Wendy Williams Show,” “Rosie Radio" for Sirius xm, and A&E Networks, Deirdre is thrilled to join the JB Talent team as a Talent Executive working on "The Talk."

Prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2007, Marisa lived and worked in New York City for seven years.
